Absolutely. We can customize the screw diameter, die head structure, cooling system, and cutting unit according to your target product dimensions (for example width and thickness of ceiling panels) and expected production capacity, to ensure the line matches your production requirements perfectly.Q8:What routine maintenance is required for the plastic extrusion machine to keep it in good working condition?
Daily maintenance includes cleaning the screw, barrel and die head after production, checking the lubrication status of bearings and gears, and verifying the accuracy of temperature sensors.Q9:How often should the key components (screw, die head, gearbox) of plastic extrusion machines be replaced?
The replacement cycle depends on production intensity and processed materials. For general PVC processing, the screw and barrel should be inspected every 6–12 months and replaced if wear exceeds 0.3mm. Die heads need to be replaced or refurbished every 12–18 months according to product precision requirements. Gearboxes usually require an overhaul every 2–3 years.

We offer online technical consultation and a 12-month warranty for the main machine. If any fault occurs during the warranty period, our engineers will provide a solution within 48 hours.
If clients request, we can send technicians to buyer’s factory to provide on-site installation and commissioning services. We provide on-site operation training for your production team, covering machine start-up and shutdown, parameter setting, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting. The training will last 3-5 days until your staff can operate the machine proficiently.Q11:What are your payment term and shipping term?
Shipping term like FOB, CIF, CFR or others. T/T is the main payment, and L/C is acceptable as well. We also accept a 30% deposit, and the balance against the copy of B/L.
