Complete PVC Pipe Production Solution Prepared for a Ghana Customer
We are pleased to announce that a complete 20–60mm PVC One-Out-Two Pipe Extrusion Line with a 1-to-8 PVC Pipe Belling Machine has been completed and prepared for shipment to our customer in Ghana.
This custom-designed PVC pipe production line is designed for the efficient production of 20-60mm PVC pipes, employing a one-out-two extrusion configuration to produce two pipes simultaneously.
The project also includes a 1-to-8 flaring machine, providing customers with an integrated solution encompassing PVC pipe extrusion, cooling, cutting, and socket forming.
20–60mm PVC One-Out-Two Pipe Extrusion Line
Unlike traditional single-outlet configurations, the 1-outlet-2-outlet system is designed to extrude two PVC pipes simultaneously from the same extruder. This configuration is particularly suitable for producing small- to medium-diameter PVC pipes where high production efficiency is required.
The production line is configured according to the customer’s pipe size and production requirements, and the downstream equipment is designed to ensure stable and synchronized processing of the two pipes.
Factory Assembly and Quality Inspection
Before shipment, the entire PVC pipe production line has been assembled and inspected at our factory.
