The vacuum sizing device in the production line plays a crucial role in controlling the outer diameter and roundness of the pipes. By creating a vacuum environment, it enables the freshly extruded PVC pipes to be precisely sized while cooling down rapidly. The haul – off unit, equipped with high – quality traction rollers and driven by a reliable inverter, can smoothly pull the pipes at a stable speed, ensuring continuous production. The cutting machine, which can be either a saw – type or a planetary – type, is fully automated and controlled by a PLC system. It can cut the pipes into the required lengths with high precision, reducing material waste.
