We are pleased to share a new project update: our PVC Granulation Machine has been successfully installed and put into operation in Uzbekistan.
The equipment has completed the installation and commissioning process and is now running in the customer’s production facility. The project demonstrates our ability to provide practical PVC granulation solutions for customers in the Central Asian market.
High-Efficiency PVC Granulation Solutions
PVC Granulation Machine process PVC raw materials into uniform granules for subsequent extrusion, injection molding, and other plastic processing applications.
A common PVC granulation process includes:
PVC Raw Material → Feeding → Extrusion and Plasticization → Die Cutting → Granulation → Cooling → Screening → Granule Collection
The extrusion system provides continuous material transport, mixing, and plasticization, while the granulation system transforms the extruded material into uniform PVC granules. This integrated process is widely used in PVC compounding and the preparation of PVC raw materials for downstream processing.
Project Highlights
For this Uzbekistan project, the focus was on providing a stable and practical PVC granulation solution that could be integrated into the customer’s production process.
The equipment shown in the project video highlights the main working sections of the granulation system, including the extrusion unit, feeding system, pelletizing section and auxiliary equipment.
After installation and commissioning, the machine was successfully put into operation, allowing the customer to begin normal production.
