In today’s building decoration materials field, PVC profiles are increasingly used, and their surface treatment process has also attracted much attention.
As a well-known equipment manufacturer in the industry, SHARC Machine’s newly launched PVC profile cold glue laminating machine is highly anticipated. Recently, we had the honor to test this equipment.
Before the test, we conducted a comprehensive inspection and debugging of SHARC Machine’s PVC profile cold glue laminating machine. The appearance design of the equipment is compact and reasonable, the components are firmly connected, the operation panel is simple and easy to understand, the display is clear, and the settings of various parameters are clear at a glance.
We prepared PVC profile samples of different specifications and models to ensure that the laminating performance of the equipment under various working conditions can be fully tested. At the same time, we selected the high-quality cold glue recommended by SHARC Machinery and strictly mixed it according to the proportion to ensure the viscosity of the glue and the laminating effect.
After starting up, the equipment quickly enters the preheating state, the preheating time is short, and after reaching the set temperature, the machine automatically prompts, and the preparation work is efficient and fast. Pour the prepared cold glue into the glue tank, and the glue is evenly distributed on the coating roller. The speed and pressure of the coating roller can be precisely adjusted according to the size of the profile and the coating requirements.
When the PVC profile enters the coating area through the feeding device, we can clearly see that the cold glue is evenly coated on the surface of the profile, and then the coating roller tightly fits the pre-prepared film material on the glued profile. During the whole process, the equipment runs smoothly without obvious vibration and noise. The transmission parts cooperate well, and the feeding, gluing, laminating, cutting and other processes are completed in one go.
We have conducted multiple trial laminating operations on PVC profiles of different specifications, including common window frame profiles, door frame profiles, and decorative line profiles. During the trial machine, various parameters of the equipment, such as laminating speed, glue coating amount, laminating roller pressure, etc., are constantly adjusted to explore the best combination of laminating process parameters.
After careful inspection, the surface of the PVC profile after lamination is flat and smooth, the film and profile fit tightly, without bubbles, wrinkles, debonding and other phenomena. Whether on the flat part or on the corners, the lamination effect is very ideal, the film at the corners fits accurately and is neatly cut, which fully demonstrates the high-precision processing capability of the equipment.
The color of the film is bright and the gloss is good. The appearance of the PVC profile after lamination has been greatly improved, with higher decorativeness and aesthetics, which can meet the personalized needs of different customers for product appearance.
Through this trial test of SHARC Machine’s PVC profile cold glue laminating machine, we have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the performance of the equipment. It has shown excellent advantages in lamination quality, production efficiency and ease of operation, providing an efficient and high-quality solution for the surface treatment of PVC profiles.
