We are excited to share a remarkable achievement! Our PVC pipe production line, designed for the domestic market, has been successfully testing at the customer’s factory.
The core of this production line is the 55/110 twin – screw extruder, which ensures high – efficiency extrusion and stable output. Paired with an Emerson inverter, it allows for precise control of the motor speed, optimizing energy consumption and production flexibility. The use of ABB motors guarantees reliable and durable performance, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the production line.
During the commissioning process, the production line demonstrated outstanding capabilities, manufacturing PVC pipes with diameters ranging from 20 to 63mm. The pipes produced met high – quality standards in terms of thickness, smoothness, and mechanical properties.
