In an exciting development for our company, on March 15, we carried out a trial run for a PVC ceiling panel making machine that is destined for Colombia. This event marks a significant step forward in our international business expansion and product innovation.
The machine is equipped with a 53/128 twin – screw extruder, which is known for its high – efficiency and stable performance. This extruder plays a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the smooth extrusion of high – quality PVC materials. With this advanced extruder, we are able to produce ceiling panels with remarkable precision.
During the trial run, we focused on producing two popular widths of ceiling panels: 250mm and 300mm. These dimensions are highly sought – after in the market, meeting the diverse needs of different construction and decoration projects. Whether it’s for residential or commercial use, these panels can provide an aesthetically pleasing and functional ceiling solution.
In addition to the extrusion line, the machine is also equipped with a hot stamping machine. This allows us to add various patterns and colors to the ceiling panels, greatly enhancing their decorative value.
