We are delighted to announce that our customized PVC edge banding sheet twin-screw extrusion line has successfully completed trial production at our factory.
This line is specially developed for our client to produce 300mm wide PVC edge banding sheets. During the test run, the entire production line operated stably with excellent plasticization, high output efficiency and reliable performance. The produced edge banding sheets feature smooth surface, uniform thickness and stable dimensional precision, fully meeting the high-quality requirements of furniture manufacturing and decoration applications.
From equipment design and manufacturing to on-site commissioning, our professional technical team provided full support to ensure the line performs as expected. To further streamline production, we integrated an online cutting system, which allows the sheet to be processed directly into finished edge banding stripe rolls in one continuous run—reducing handling and improving efficiency.
