Production process of 400mm HDPE pipe making machine：

  1. Raw material preparation

  3. Vacuum sizing and cooling
    The pipe blank extruded from the die head mold immediately enters the vacuum sizing device. By applying vacuum negative pressure to the outer wall of the pipe, the pipe is tightly fitted to the inner wall of the sizing sleeve, so as to accurately determine the outer diameter of the pipe and ensure its roundness and straightness. At the same time, the cooling system quickly cools the pipe through a circulating cooling medium (such as water or air) to solidify and shape it, maintaining the shape and dimensional stability of the pipe.
  4. Traction and cutting
    After cooling and shaping, the pipe enters the traction device. The traction device pulls the pipe out at a stable speed at a uniform speed to ensure that the extrusion and traction speeds of the pipe match, and avoid deformation or rupture of the pipe due to uneven force. When the pipe reaches the predetermined length, the cutting device automatically starts to cut the pipe into the specified length, completing the final processing of the pipe and obtaining a standard HDPE pipe product.
  5. Quality inspection and packaging
    The produced HDPE pipe must undergo strict quality inspection, including appearance inspection (such as whether the surface of the pipe is smooth, whether there are bubbles, cracks and other defects), size measurement (outer diameter, wall thickness, length, etc.), and physical property testing (compressive strength, tensile strength, impact toughness, etc.).
