The color marking machine in the pipe production line is a device used to add color marking lines on the surface of the pipe, which plays an important role in identification and differentiation.

Functions of the Color Marking Machine:

During the pipe production process, pipes of different specifications, models or uses can be distinguished by color code lines. For example, in construction projects, color code lines of different colors can represent different pipe uses, such as red may represent hot water pipes and blue represents cold water pipes, which is convenient for construction personnel to quickly identify and distinguish during installation and use.
The color code machine can add color code lines in real time during the pipe production process, and monitor the production quality of the pipe by observing the continuity and uniformity of the color code lines. If the color code line is interrupted or uneven, it may mean that there are abnormalities in the pipe production process, such as unstable fluidity of the plastic melt, uneven extrusion speed, etc., which is convenient for timely discovery and resolution of problems.

Working principle of color marking machine:

The color marking machine uses a specific conveying device to convey the color marking material (usually masterbatch or plastic melt of a specific color) that is different from the main material of the pipe but has a different color to a specific position of the pipe production line.
During the pipe forming process, when the plastic melt of the main body of the pipe is in a semi-molten or molten state, the color marking machine extrude the color marking material and attach it to the surface of the pipe. As the pipe continues to form and cool, the color marking material is tightly combined with the main body of the pipe to form a clear color marking line.
