① Dedicated PVC Extrusion System
The extrusion system is designed based on the processing characteristics of PVC material, ensuring full plasticization and stable melt flow of the PVC raw material, providing a stable material supply for subsequent molding.
② Dedicated Molding Dies
Dedicated molds are designed according to the cross-sectional dimensions and shape of the PVC ceiling corner moldings, enabling the production of decorative moldings of different specifications and shapes.
By changing the appropriate molds, the system can adapt to the production needs of different product specifications.
③ Stable Vacuum Shaping
The extruded PVC profiles enter a vacuum shaping and cooling system. Vacuum negative pressure helps maintain stable cross-sectional dimensions, and circulating water cooling ensures rapid shaping of the profiles.
④ Continuous Traction and Cutting
The traction machine conveys the molded PVC corner moldings forward at a stable speed, and the cutting equipment cuts them to a set length.

① Use compliant PVC raw materials
Before production, select appropriate PVC resin, stabilizers, fillers, and other additives according to product requirements, and ensure thorough mixing of the raw materials.
When the raw material formulation changes, reconfirm production parameters such as extrusion temperature, screw speed, and traction speed.
② Set the extrusion temperature correctly
PVC is sensitive to processing temperature.
During production, set the temperature of each zone reasonably according to the PVC formulation, extruder specifications, and product structure to avoid excessively high temperatures causing material decomposition, and insufficient temperatures leading to incomplete plasticization.
③ Check the cooling water system
Before starting the machine, check that the vacuum forming table, cooling water pipelines, water pump, and water tank are functioning properly.
Ensuring stable cooling water circulation helps maintain the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the PVC profiles.
④ Control the traction speed
The traction speed should be properly matched with the extrusion speed.
If the traction speed is too high, it may result in product dimensions being too small or deformed; if the traction speed is too low, it may result in profile dimensions being too large or unstable production.
