Working principle of PVC profile cold glue laminating machine：

Glue coating link：First, pour the prepared cold glue into the glue tank of the equipment. The glue in the glue tank is transported to the coating roller through the glue supply system. The coating roller is generally made of materials such as metal or rubber, and the surface has a certain roughness or special texture to ensure that the glue can be evenly attached to the roller surface.When the coating roller rotates, a layer of glue with uniform thickness is formed on the roller surface through contact with the glue in the glue tank and precise control of the glue supply system. Then, the PVC profile is conveyed to the bottom of the coating roller through the feeding device, and the coating roller evenly coats the glue on the surface of the profile. In this process, the pressure and rotation speed between the coating roller and the profile are key control parameters. Excessive pressure will lead to uneven glue coating, and too little pressure may cause insufficient glue coating. The speed will also affect the coating effect of the glue, which needs to be reasonably adjusted according to factors such as the size, surface condition and properties of the profile.
Laminating link：After the glue coating is completed, the PVC profile with the glue layer continues to be conveyed forward and enters the laminating area. At this time, the film material (such as PVC film, PET film, etc.) pre-placed in the laminating device is released through the film release mechanism and covered on the surface of the profile after glue coating.The laminating roller is installed above the profile and film. When the profile and film pass under the laminating roller, the laminating roller applies a certain pressure to fit the film tightly to the glue layer of the profile. The size of this pressure needs to be adjusted according to factors such as the thickness, elasticity and bonding properties of the film to ensure that the film and the profile can fit fully, exclude air and avoid bubbles. At the same time, the surface material and hardness of the laminating roller will also affect the laminating effect. A suitable laminating roller can make the film fit better with the profile and will not cause damage to the profile and film.
Cutting and winding link (if necessary)：After the laminating is completed, the laminating profile is cut by the cutting device according to the length requirements of the PVC profile. The cutting device generally uses tools such as blades or saw blades to ensure that the length of the cut profile meets the standard through precise length measurement and control mechanisms.If the rolled laminating PVC profile product is produced, the profile is rolled into a roll by the winding mechanism after cutting for easy storage and transportation. The winding mechanism usually has a tension control function, which can ensure uniform tension of the profile during the winding process and prevent deformation or damage of the film and profile.
