Stabilizers, lubricants, and fillers must be accurately proportioned; inconsistent ratios will result in surface defects (e.g., streaks, bubbles) and reduced impact resistance of gutters.
– Moisture Content: Excess moisture in raw materials (>0.1%) will produce bubbles, silver streaks, or pinholes on the profile surface. Raw materials must be fully dried before extrusion, especially in high-humidity environments.
