How to get design for PVC WPC fluted panel?

To get plain (solid) color panel, you only need add pigment into formula, when you need brown color panel, you add brown pigment, when you need red panel, you add red pigment.
Lamination film design. There are two ways of lamination:

one is online lamination, during the PVC fluted panel extrusion line, the online lamination machine was put in same line, you can directly get laminated panel. By this way, manufacturing process is more convernient, but you cannot do stock, you can only produce when you have orders of fluted panel.

Second is offline lamination machine, we first get plain color fluted panel from PVC WPC fluted extrusion line, and then use offline lamination machine to paste PVC film to plain color panel. By this way, we can get plain color panel in stock, when we get panel orders for different design, we fast and easily get design panel laminated.
