The working process of the Double Layer（Twin Sheet）Vent Pipe Vacuum Forming Machine

Preparation: Place the double-layer sheet or plate on the working table of the forming machine and ensure that it is in the correct position.
Heating the sheet: Heat the sheet through the heating system to reach the softening temperature for easy forming.
Forming: Start the vacuum system, adsorb the sheet on the mold, and apply pressure at the same time to make the sheet fit the mold shape to form the shape of the ventilating duct.
Cooling and shaping: Maintain the vacuum state and let the ventilating duct cool and shape in the mold to ensure the stability of its shape and size.
Demolding: When the ventilating duct is cooled and shaped, release the vacuum and take the formed ventilating duct out of the mold.
Post-processing: Trim, deburr and other post-processing processes are performed on the demolded ventilating duct to improve its appearance quality.
Quality inspection: Perform quality inspection on the formed ventilating duct, including inspection of size, shape, surface quality, etc., to ensure that it meets relevant standards and requirements.
Packaging and storage: Pack the ventilating ducts that have passed the inspection for easy storage and transportation.
