What should we prepare before production of PE pipes?

  1. Building for factory:

After clients choose the required PE pipe production line, Engineers from SHARC will offer plant sizes for clients. Also Sharc can supply factory layout design service, it will show exactly about machines position, water, air and electricity information.

  1. Materials:

Main material for PE pipe extrusion is HDPE granules. Clients can choose to use new materials or recycled materials.

  1. Machines:

PE pipe production line will need several machines including color mixer machine, PE pipe extrusion line, extrusion die, laser printer and etc.

  1. Technician and labors:

If clients need technician from SHARC for operation, we can do the support.

What should we pay attection during the production of PE pipes?

To reduce the cost of production, now more and more clients are using co-extrusion for HDPE pipe production, it is multilayer PE pipes, the middle layer is cheap materials, outer layers are good materials for hardness and good looking. Eventually it helps to reduce the product manufacturing cost. This process will need two extruder machines or more.
  4. Screw speed, Barrel temperature, Mold temperature, Traction speed, Cooling temperature are important for getting high quality PE pipes.
