Required materials: ink (for color), UV varnish(for matt and glossy surface), thinner (to clean and to adjust colors)

Machine Place: This printing & UV coating machine will be put separated from PVC door board extrusion line. We firstly use PVC door board extrusion line to produce solid color panel, and then use Printing & UV coating to get design and glossy/matt surface.
According to door board design, the printing machine can be 2 colors, 3 colors, 4 colors, 5 colors printer machine and etc.
For accurate printing of door board design, Sharc Machine Company equips servo motor control for the door board printer.
Required materials: PET hot stamping foil and glue
Required machine: hot stamping machine.
Cost of production: higher than printing.
Machine Place: it is put separated from PVC door board extrusion line, offline machine. We firstly use PVC door board extrusion line to produce solid color panel, then process on offline hot stamping machine for getting design.
Required machines: lamination machine, there are two types lamination machine for PVC door board production, one is cold glue lamination machine(production cost is cheaper, but there is some smell), another is hot glue lamination machine(production cost is high, but quality is better and environmental).
Cost of production: it is the most expensive one compared with printing & hot stamping, but the effect is the best.
Machine Place: it is put separated from PVC door board making machine, offline machine. We firstly use PVC door board extrusion line to produce solid color panel, then process on offline lamination machine for getting design.

Required machine: CNC router, vacuum lamination machine
Cost of production: the highest
Machine Place: It is process for curved WPC door, firstly use CNC rooter to get curved design, then use vacuum lamination machine to get door film laminated.
